The Summer Internship Program or SIP is designed for students of management graduate programs during their summer break to augment their academic curriculum as well as feed the talent pipeline for ETNL by offering them an opportunity to undergo the program anywhere in India.

| SIP aims to widen the student's perspective by providing an exposure to real life organizational and environmental situations. This program gives students an insight into how a seemingly foolproof management theory is effectively put into practice in a real-life situation. |
Typically, projects are interdisciplinary and involve assigning independent responsibility to the summer interns, under the guidance of experts. Often, the project assignment is confidential and proprietary in nature and reflective of the confidence imposed in an intern by ETNL. |
Projects are often assigned with a focus on strategy formulation, business process reengineering, MIS, ERP implementation, retail, analysis, HR as well as new product launches, sales & distribution, market research and advertising. SIP is of course finalized and awarded only on the basis of our interview assessment of the candidate's inherent potential and motivating factors driving him or her to take up SIP. |
Candidates will be rewarded on merit on par with industry best practices and certificates will be issued at successful completion of the SIP. Additionally, star performers will be honored with medals and citations and offered an opportunity to join the ETNL team at handsome salaries and perks. |
